Why it’s worth your time

Beacons is a creator-business platform built around a customizable link-in-bio page. The landing page can collect a creator's videos, social profiles, products, services, memberships, and contact points in one mobile-friendly destination. Behind that page sits a wider set of business tools: a digital storefront, email capture and campaigns, audience analytics, appointments, invoicing, and an automatically updated media kit for brand partnerships. Creators can sell files, courses, audio, images, and other digital products directly, including free items used to build an email list.

A new creator can build a public home, collect emails, show useful numbers to brands, and sell a first product without duct-taping six subscriptions together. That relief is real. The bill becomes more interesting once revenue arrives: lower plans can take transaction fees, while deeper customization, larger email allowances, and fee-free selling cost more each month. Beacons suits creators who want one understandable control room for the business. Specialists may eventually outgrow parts of it, but beginners no longer need a minor degree in SaaS procurement just to sell a PDF.

Using Beacons

Start with a link-in-bio page

Beacons lets creators build a customizable page that brings their links and offers together. Use it as one destination from a social profile, so visitors can find your work, products, and contact routes without searching across separate accounts.

Add the tools you actually need

Its store supports digital products, while its media kit presents creator information for potential brand partners. Email tools let you collect subscribers and send newsletters or automated messages. These are separate uses of the platform, not a requirement to launch every feature at once.

Check the plan before selling

Beacons has free and paid plans. Seller fees, email allowances, custom domains, and other features vary by plan. Check the current pricing page against your intended setup before committing, especially if you plan to sell products or send regular emails.

4.4

Beacons is much more interesting once you stop calling it a link-in-bio page. The same little site can hold a store, collect emails, generate a media kit, show analytics, and give a creator one working front door for the business. That consolidation is excellent for someone who should be making things, not wiring six SaaS subscriptions together. The free tier's transaction fee is real, so I would do the math before the first product starts selling.
