Why it’s worth your time

Let's Hang organizes small gatherings around a minimum number of participants. Set up a table, choose a topic and attendance threshold, and share the link. People mark when they are available in their own time zones. Once enough people commit, the gathering is confirmed and calendar invitations go out. If the threshold is not reached, the plan is called off.

Online gatherings can include video, chat, screen sharing, and games in the browser. The service also supports in-person plans such as dinner, sports, and hikes, with the meeting location included in the invitation. Its creator, Primož, built it after attempts to arrange regular calls in a maker community stalled over availability. The attendance rule addresses that uncertainty before anyone sets aside time for an empty room.
