Why it’s worth your time

Neal.fun is a collection of browser-based games, simulations, visual essays, and interactive experiments created by Neal Agarwal and occasional collaborators. Each project begins with a compact premise and teaches itself through interaction. The Password Game turns ordinary password requirements into a steadily escalating absurdist puzzle. Infinite Craft allows two elements to be combined into new concepts, using generative AI to extend the possibility space when a combination has not appeared before. Other projects explore scale, money, design, data, and everyday systems through playful controls rather than long explanations.

Very little machinery stands between the visitor and the joke. Most projects need no account, installation, tutorial, or heroic acceptance of cookies. They open, move, and explain themselves through the first click. Some last five minutes; others quietly consume an afternoon and then make the player blame a password. The unevenness helps. Neal.fun feels like a person's workshop with the door left open, not a game portal assembled after twelve meetings about engagement.

Choose an experience, not a download

Neal.fun collects games and interactive web experiments by Neal Agarwal. Two starting points offer very different experiences: The Password Game puts a familiar form field at the center of the interaction, while The Deep Sea turns scrolling into a journey through the ocean.

Start with The Password Game

Open its dedicated page, enter a made-up password, and follow the on-screen prompts. Use a fictional string, not a password from one of your real accounts. Biltib also has a separate discovery page for this experiment.

Explore The Deep Sea

Scroll downward to encounter sea life, diving records, and shipwrecks at different depths. The changing depth counter gives the page its structure. This is an illustrated exploration of the ocean rather than a live underwater feed.

“Neal.fun feels like finding the good computer in the back of the school library. One tab turns password rules into escalating comedy; another lets me combine Fire and Water until Infinite Craft invents something nobody has seen before. No account ceremony, no solemn onboarding, just an idea that starts moving when you touch it. A few experiments are one-and-done, but I would take one strange handmade toy over a hundred optimized content cards.”
