Websim

Websim is a browser playground for generating games, apps, interactive art, utilities, and odd internet experiments from plain-language prompts. AI writes the code while the creator tests the result, asks for changes, attaches assets, and publishes directly to a public feed. Visitors can play projects immediately, then like, comment, remix, or tip the person who made them. Built-in AI capabilities can also place chat, image, speech, and other model-powered behaviour inside a generated project without requiring a beginner to assemble a separate backend first.

The site is at its best when it acts as a fast sketchbook for interactive ideas. Remixing lets a new creator begin with something that already works rather than an empty prompt box, and browsing feels more like walking through an arcade than reading a directory. Complicated projects reveal the limits: an agent can break working behaviour while fixing something small, stateful features demand clearer architecture, and credit consumption can make revision feel uncertain. Websim remains special because it makes the internet feel editable again, but serious products still need deliberate engineering beyond the first burst of invention.
